AN AUSTRIAN BAKERY, FOR YOUR TEAM CALENDAR

Read-only calendar access · revocable any time · no third-party data sharing

WHY TEAMS USE US · 03

Three quiet
promises.

Nº 01

You connect once.

A single read-only OAuth handshake with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. No CSV uploads, no spreadsheets to maintain, no HR portal to integrate.

Nº 02

We watch the dates.

Birthdays, work anniversaries, retirements, new-hire welcomes, milestones you add yourself. We surface what is coming next week and wait for your nod.

Nº 03

We bake on time.

A Sachertorte, an Apfelstrudel, or a Linzer assortment, baked the morning before the occasion. Delivered to your office, or to the recipient's address.

HOW IT WORKS · 03 STEPS

From calendar
to oven door.

  1. 01

    Connect your calendar.

One read-only OAuth click. Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or Outlook.com. We see event titles and dates, nothing more. You can revoke at any moment from your admin console.

    TIME About 60 seconds.

  2. 02

    We surface the dates.

Every Monday morning you receive a quiet summary of next week's birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones we caught on the calendar. You confirm what to send and to whom. Anything not confirmed simply does not happen.

WHO DECIDES Always you. We never auto-send without an approval on file.

  3. 03

    A pastry arrives.

Baked the morning of, packed in a Belvedere box with a handwritten card from the team if you would like one. Delivered in greater Los Angeles, or available for Sunday pickup at the Brentwood Farmers Market.

DEFAULT Sachertorte (chocolate) or Apfelstrudel (apple). Other pastries by request.

OUR PRIVACY PROMISE

Read-only.
Nothing more.

A bakery does not need access to your email, your files, or the names on your contracts. We ask for the minimum your calendar requires to find a birthday, and not one byte beyond.

  • 01

    Minimum scope.

We request the lowest read-only calendar scope each provider offers. We do not ask for mail, drive, contacts, or directory access.

  • 02

    Stored only while active.

Calendar tokens live encrypted at rest. If you cancel, we delete them and the associated event index within seven days.

  • 03

    No third-party sharing.

Your team's dates are not sold, shared, or used for advertising. They are used to bake a cake on the right Tuesday.

FREQUENTLY ASKED · 05

Honest
answers.

The five questions we hear most. Anything else, write to [email protected].

  1. Which calendars do you support?

Google Workspace and consumer Google Calendar through Google's official Calendar API. Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com through Microsoft Graph. These two providers cover the vast majority of corporate teams; if your team uses something else, write to us at [email protected] and we will reply with options.

  2. What data do you actually read?

Calendar event titles and dates only. The OAuth scope is read-only. We do not see email, files, contacts, message bodies, or anything outside the calendar. You can revoke our access in one click from your Google or Microsoft admin console.

  3. Do you deliver, or is this pickup?

Pilot delivery covers greater Los Angeles. The default is a morning delivery to your office or the recipient's address on the date the calendar marks. Brentwood pickup is available on Sundays, 9 to 2, at our farmers market table.

  4. Which pastries are offered?

Sachertorte and Apfelstrudel are baked every week. Pilot teams can request Linzer cookies, Vanillekipferl, and seasonal Austrian pastries with a few days' notice. Dietary notes (nut-free, no rum, no alcohol) are honored.

  5. When does the pilot open?

Quietly in fall 2026, with five to seven founding teams in Los Angeles. The waitlist below is the gate. We will write before any public announcement.
