A single-recipe cookie box contains six or twelve of the same cookie. The Belvedere Tasting Box contains one of each of the six cookie recipes in a six-cookie box, or two of each in a twelve-cookie box. Each cake box contains two slices of the same cake.

All times are local to Los Angeles (America/Los_Angeles). Select a market and an available date at checkout. Place the order at least 7 days ahead; pickup must be at least 168 hours after ordering. Orders through this checkout are for market pickup only. Shipping and home delivery are not offered through checkout.

## How to order

1. Open the [order page](https://belvederecookies.com/order), choose box sizes and add products to the bag.
2. Review the bag. Change cookie boxes between six and twelve cookies directly in the bag; matching selections combine and the subtotal updates. Then select the pickup market and an available date.
3. Enter customer contact information and review the pickup and cancellation terms.
4. Complete payment through Square on the website.

Supported browser agents can read or prepare the bag through optional WebMCP tools. This leaves checkout for customer review; it does not place an order. See the [agent guide](https://belvederecookies.com/agents.md).
5. Look for the order confirmation email and collect the order during the agreed market hours.

## Cancellations and refunds

Cancel by email within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. Later cancellations are reviewed, with reasonable costs of preparation and labor already performed, plus unrecoverable ingredients, packaging and third-party charges deducted as permitted by law. Pickup is limited to the confirmed date and market hours. A missed pickup does not automatically carry over or entitle the customer to a replacement or credit. Subject to applicable law, no refund is offered solely for missed pickup when the order was correctly prepared and available as agreed. If Belvedere Cookies cancels, the customer receives a full refund. Incorrect or defective products and statutory rights remain covered.
